The 360 Modena replaced the Ferrari F355 and proved to be a big step forward for the Modena based supercar manufacturer. Produced between 1999-2004 it was built with an all new space frame for vastly improved rigidity and strength, yet due to the use of aluminium it came in almost 30% lighter than it’s predecessor. With its beautiful and sleek Pininfarina designed body it was a vehicle that drafted in a generational shift in Ferrari design.
The 3.6 Litre F131 Tipo V8 uses titanium rods and a flat plane crank shaft, which first and foremost kicks out one of the most distinctive and best sounding notes in automotive history, but secondly produced 395 PS and propelled the car to 60mph in 4.5 seconds.
This particular example is exceptionally special. Having been in mainland Europe until 2017, it came to the UK in 2017 to a collector.
