Many people pointed out that this one could have actually been a number of cars, so we had to accept various responses as being correct.
ANSWER(S)
Well, it’s a mk4 Ford Escort, or is it a mk4 Ford Orion (Escort with a boot)? They the petrol heads got involved and were discussing whether it was an xr3i or an RS Turbo based on the colour coding of the bumper inserts.
Lets just say, we LOVED the banter it created.
Obviously from the photo we shared on the Facebook page, nobody was going to determine that it was a Cabriolet version of one of the most iconic cars Ford has ever make for the UK market.
Now there were a couple of strange answers, and they could well have been correct. One answer said Volkswagen Apollo, ‘WHAT’!!!! Never heard of one?
