A 34-year-old woman from Derby has gone public with her firm belief that the engine warning light in her car is “just a mild suggestion – like when Netflix asks if you’re still watching.”

Chloe Barrington, owner of a 2012 Vauxhall Corsa and a surprisingly calm outlook on vehicular maintenance, says the orange light has been present on her dashboard for the better part of a year.
